How do i change Welcome Email

We get tis mail by default

You may change it after you login by going to the profile page, or by
visiting this page after you login:
Website Url here

I want to change tis Welcome Note to somting else.

This text can be altered in the file:

Themes/default/languages/Login.english.php

Wht if i want to includ ea BIG para there , all the tings there are jus one line .....

where can i include tis big passage ??
