Choose secundary Membergroup on Adminregistration?

what does i have to add to Register.template.php so that i can also choose the secundary Membergroup on a Adminregistration? I don't won't to go to every Members profilepage and change it there.

I'm afraid this would require a bit of code modification, but it's all the additionalGroups column.
