PERMISSION PROBLEM

Hello to evry one..
I have a litle problem I have instaled gb anouncement and loked mod and now when I put someone global mod or mod she d'ont have any permissons but in the permisions its all ok(delete,move,split,etc)but in board she d'ont have anything of that.
someone con help-me please.

Edit Permission --> Modify Group --> Global Board Permission --> Make Global Annunciaments

Sorry but d'ont works.
The permission for members with number of post requeried works.
But for all the others with no msg nothing thont works all permissions alloed and on the board only can reply and post new topic
Pease need help
