Private msg pop up notifier

Went through all the options and cannot find this could someone guide me in the right direction ?  Thanks in advance.

current theme settings, inside reset all member specific options.

ok found it but when i i pick it and go to save it doesnt let me save it.   it just resets and does nothing.

when you click save, the check will disappear, it's the way it works. but the option should be in effect.
