How can I make a moderators section that can be viewed by section mods

Hi - I wanted to make a section of the forums acessible only by admin, global mods and section mods, and at the moment it can only be shown to admin and global mods as the 'permisions' section does not list moderators.

I tried to set my chosen moderators to be moderators of this section, but they still cannot see it.

Any help would be so much appreciated - I am stumped!
