Reply to topic permissin

I set all permissions so people can reply to any post and they all say the users can but it isnt allowing them in a few folders.  If you need an example go to www.hfx4sale.com username and password is elabuse.  go to the general forum and take a look.  Thanks

Hmmm... I see what you mean. Most likely you're using "local permissions" for those boards.

Admin -> Manage Boards
Click on "Permissions" next to the board to set permissions for that board.

If you want a particular board to have the same permissions as all the others:

Admin -> Manage Permissions
Click on "Global" next to a particular board.

Have you tried clicking on a user's profile and going to "Show Permissions"?

everyone is having the same problem.  All permissions show they can make replies but arent actually able to.

Is the board selectable in the drop down?

In that case, did you check the general board's permissions, or just the global permissions?

fixed didnt know you could scroll down and click global on the permissions guess i should start looking closer.  Sorry about that guys
