Why isn't the Topic ID Working?

I was trying to set up a Daily Poll on the portal of my forum.. It required a Topic ID and i tryed everything.. it sayed it wasn't a valid ID.. Whats going on here?

Please Help me, if u can atleast tell me what a Topic ID is.. i may be putting the wrong things in.

The highlighted part is the topic id.
