Problem with attachment download --SOLVED--

Hello,
i have a problem when i try download attachments bigger than 10Mb this is weird, firefox just stop loading, IE says that host not found
i have uploaded serval attchment to a fresh SMF 1.0.2 install, see the page here
i also tried to download it directly by the url, it works so it's not apache who refusing to connect!!

can someone give me a link to download SMF < 1.0.2, (1.0 for example to try)

please somone knows where the problem os? because i tried serval thing without success like incremanting the maximum execution tima to 120 and memory limit to 32Mb and still the same thing

i cannot delete a topic, the problem is solved, the error was php_safe mode activated
