Hi Guyz!

My Co-admin changed the time and date format of the site a few weeks ago. It used to be a digital clock but now it tells everything (the time adn the date) in words like, "Ten after eleven in the morning of March 23th, 2005 ". And the date on the post say 'this post was made on saturday two weeks ago' etc. without saying the time aswell.

I want to change it back to the format where it used to display the time and date in digits rather than in words...Since my Co-admin is not around as hes busy, I dont know how he made this change, wheter it was a coding thing or a settings in the admin configurations.

Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

Thanks!

You've installed the "Friendly Time" mod.  You can uninstall it with the package manager.

Calm down, sometimes answers take time and I'm afraid the are more critical issues.

Thanks for the help.

I have just viewed the packages we had. I cudn't see the time mod in that list. Here is the lsit. DO you think any of these Mods (listed below) is responsible for the time format thingy (just wanna make sure so that I don't uninstall a wrong mod).

1. Visual Warning / Post Moderation 1.21  [ Uninstall ]
2. Message Icon Manager (Quick Reply) 1.2  [ Uninstall ]
3. Pie Chart Mod 1.2  [ Uninstall ]
4. Member Specific Permissions 1.3  [ Uninstall ]
5. Ultimate Shoutbox 1.22  [ Uninstall ]
6. Thread's Bookmarks 1.1  [ Uninstall ]
7. Banner Manager 3.4  [ Uninstall ]
8. Actions in Profile Display 1.3  [ Uninstall ]
9. Manage Holidays MOD 1.02  [ Uninstall ]
10. Spam-me-not 1.0  [ Uninstall ]

Many Thanks!

It may only be partially installed then - did any errors occur, per chance?

I would personally start clean with fresh files (this wouldn't affect posts/members at all) and reinstall mods more carefully.

Actually I didn't install any of these Mods so I don't know if there were any errors occured while installation.

SO basically, I can uninstall all of these Packages and then re-install again. It won't effect anything else on the site , right?

If you just upload clean versions of all SMF's files (from the upgrade zip file on the downloads page), you won't lose anything but the mods.
