Another Shared Suspended Account... Help Please.

My host suspended my account with no notice yesterday. They have since moved everything to a server they call a 'Load Server'? I am now back in and downloading the backup I had made two days prior to suspension. I have to fix what is causing the problems. Here is the pertinent info:

Of course I got the standard hold data hostage/extortion bit from them if I did not upgrade to a Dedicated server. What I need help with is if any of you can see anything right off the bat that is trouble, and if so, how to fix it.

I have already read and followed, to a great extent and where applicable to someone with such a small community, the thread that details how to make SMF run faster and more efficient.

If you are to question the bandwidth and storage requirement I will explain. This site is the support forum for a game server. Not the game server it's self. But maps that have to be downloaded at times are stored here and are from 8 to 15 Mb's in size. There are at times up to 14 users downloading a map.

Could that be the major problem that I am having? As of writing this post I have the forum in maintenance mode. If I ceased the downloading of maps from this server do you think, with what I have installed including the shout box, it would all fall into the TOS requirements?

Well I never heard any advice from anyone. I had the forum back up and made the changes but they have again suspended my account.

A forum with less than 120 members and less than 15 people on at a time causing this much server load:

Those can piss off a shared host in an instant.

That's usually enough to make your host growl. Especially shared hosting. Ask them if this could be the problem. They will most likely say yes or ask you to move up to a VPS

i know this isn't the hosting boards. but i would like to suggest you consider this issue isn't SMF but the type of shared host you have..
