Some nasty question

I need to convert my phpBB2 Forum to SMF. So, I put the phpBB2_to_SMF converter to the server, to the same directory where SMF is.

Now, how can I run the converter?

P.S. I understand that my question is stupid, but please, be patient, I am just a beginner.....

just replace converter.php with the name of the converter file...

Sorry, RyanB and Unknown. I made a mistake, I just put -phpBB2- instead of -phpbb2-.
Now I have another problem. I cannot connect to my phpBB software.

I set

http://www.zabougornov.com/phpBB [nofollow]

But the converter is unable to determine the path.

Can somebody help me?

Sorry, at first I really didn't understand the question.  Are you using a PATH or a URL?  Remember, the converter wants a PATH, like the default value it gives you - not a URL.
