Repair_settings.php mess my forum

I've made a manual upgrade from 1.1.9 to the last 2.0 version, but before I do that, i run the repair_settings.php, but the last messages in board.index have disapear, any ideias?

Also seems that some topics don't show on the categories... Don't know what to do

I've made a recount and seems that i've lost 3000 posts, what should I do?

Are you sure you've actually lost physical threads/posts?

I look at your forum it's at 1.1.9, but in your first post you've said you've done a 'manual' upgrade to 2.0?

Repair_settings only alters paths, it doesn't affect posts/threads or other data relating to the contents of the forum.

I restore a backup from 1.1.9
