Firstly then, can I suggest you try running the file called "repair_settings.php". This is available on the download page here, under "Converters and Tools".

If that fails please PM me on this forum, with your ftp information, and I can take a look myself to try work out what is going wrong. As andrea says it's probably jsut a corrupt settings file, hopefully running repair_settings (Or indeed restoring a backup of that file) will work.

Usually there is an online backup of that file called "Settings_bak.php". You could also try if that is present and if it helps to copy that over "Settings.php".

Imported old setting file

LOL, couldn't find it because I bought a new PC 3 days ago and good old Microsoft changed all my PHP files to look like Image files on the icons!
