Simply copy the .ttf font file into c:\windows\fonts and restart photoshop.

So what is used in the classic theme? It is not 04b_08 as that font is all uppercase.

Sorry to bring up a rather old thread, but what is '04b_08'?
I have no idea where to find this font and am attempting to change the default buttons.
I don't have Photoshop (I do have Paintshop Pro). I can't seem to find this font on my system or online.
