Preparation for YaBB conversion

I have a YaBB Advanced IM mod that reversed the order of the IMs in the files for the mod to work correctly. Do I have to reverse this mod, and reorder the IMs for the converter to work?

More generally, should I do this with any mods that alter IMs, member , or board files?

You could always give it a try and see if it works.

If not, on a mod by mod basis, I am willing to try to fix the converter to do it properly.  But, if you have twenty mods installed, I'd be worried about screwing it up for those without mods.

Thanks, I was just trying to get a handle on how it works. Apart from the mod I've mentioned (which I can reverse by running the mod converter again), there is only one other mod that I'm aware of that I've installed that changes any file; and that's in members data files, but is an additional line at the end, so probably won't interfere with the converter. Well, hopefully.
