SMF 2.0 RC1-1, Avatar resizing issue with Google Chrome browser

I was having some issues with Google Chrome displaying an odd hanging when loading forum pages. IE had no issues on these same pages. I chalked this up to just being an oddity.

The other day I noticed that SMF wasnt properly resizing avatar pictures. I went into the Avatar settings and changed resizing from 'Let the HTML resize it' to 'Resize it with Javascript.' This fixed the issues with avatars, but as a side benefit, Google chrome stopped hanging on page loads.

I doubt Html Resize it can cause any issues.
All that means is that it sets width="maxwidth" height="maxheight" and you end up with a scewed pic.

Are you sure that you didn't mean you had issues with Resize it Javascript.

The only things I can think of are
- slow image host (eg imageshack) or multiple images being pulled from the same place.

I tried on my test installs and had no problem in Chrome nor any browser.
For now I'm marking this as not a bug.
