CSS not working

I have a fresh install of 2.0, and the only thing I've done is try to add a couple templates. The templates are coming up without their css (and it's visible to others as well). I've checked the files in the templates folder twice now.

Is there a permission I'm missing somewhere, or a way to fix that?

All of the themes are doing this except the default/classic.

I figured out the issue. For some reason the uploader wasn't uploading most of the files.
