Instaling mod and loosing buttons =)

Heya again,just to ask few questions,why i can`t install this mod Admin Notepad it should work for my 2.0 RC1-1 but its not...I did everything whats it was needed,File Edits and File Upload but still nothing,should i activate it somehow or what?

If i have to edit ./Themes/default/languages/Modifications.english.php
should i do it with my other theme? (witch i wanna use)

And can i somehow change the topic icon i mean this:

For the mod, ask the mod author in the support topic. This topic can be found by going to the mod at the mod site and lick on "Support and comments".

To change the on and off icons, go to ./Themes/default/images and change on.gif, on2.gif, off.gif and redirect.gif.

That's odd. Are you sure all language files exists and that they are not missing any content?
