Sorry, the database connection information used in the specified installation of SMF cannot access the installation of MyPHP Forum 3.0. This may either mean that the installation doesn't exist, or that the MySQL account used does not have permissions to access it.

The error MySQL gave was: Table 'theforumsyes.member' doesn't exist

Yeah, I'm clueless.  Any ideas?

That error doesn't seem to be related to permissions and I doubt the installation doesn't exist, although that's possible.
I assume by saying MyPHP, you're referring to phpMyAdmin? (What is phpMyAdmin?). Open it and confirm that the forum's database has `theforumseyes.member` table.

Now, to get support going smoothly, we'll need some more information than what you've provided in your post. What were you trying to do prior to this error? Convert a phpBB installation to SMF? If that's the case, you should be referring to the installation of SMF phpBB, is it the conversion script that returns the error?
See: How do I ask support questions the smart way?
