I have the Global Header and Footer Package all set up but not that I have added the coding I wanted. MyTemplate doefsn't work and I can't use this in My Admin cPanel.  :'(

I keep getting this ERROR Message saying ...

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I accessed the link http://frankieandrandi.net/index.php and it works just fine.
To-do lists are for deferral. The more things you write down the later they're done... until you have 100s of lists of things you don't do.

My board has been completely whiped. My new template that I downloaded is not even showing and I can't edit and remove anything in My cpanel.

Ah. It seems the source of the page actually has more, but fails to show them.
However, it's strange that you had a 404 error before. Did you find why that error was?

Then, please try:
- download smf 1.1.9
- save your current /Themes directory
- replace /Themes/default from your server with the fresh /Themes/default from the standard package.
To-do lists are for deferral. The more things you write down the later they're done... until you have 100s of lists of things you don't do.

Thing is, you might need to still replace the default theme as said before. Because since the default theme was broken, and all other themes rely on it, indeed they may not work well (it depends what was broken though).
Or, if you know what you edited, undo the modifications.

I meant on FTP, sorry. It's from there that you can access /Themes/default. Please login on FTP, and save your forum's files in Themes/default if you want, then replace them all with fresh versions.
