Hi all!

I just looked into the error log of my smf installation and thought that it would be terrible useful for some error-messages if the referencing url would be logged as well. I found an error message saying that the board the user has chosen via a link in a posting is not existing, maybe cause of the upgrade from yabb to smf. But it only provides the url that is not accessible, not the refering url. So it is nearly impossible to fix it. Would be a nice feature..

What do you think!?

Thx and take care!

No one thinks this is would be an improvement?!

This might be useful in some situations. Currently, you can get this information in Apache's access log ("Raw Access Log" in CPanel).

Yes, I know that. But it can be pain in the a*, if you try to locate a single line in an accesslog of 400 MB...  ;D
I think, that if you provide the URL, which causes the error you should provide the URL from which it was called.....

Would love to see it in an upcoming release.  ;)
