Can't open SMF Forums

Hello everyone.
On the last days, I can't open some forums that uses SMF.
Theyer versions are 2.0 RC1-1 and 1.1.8
If I open them with Internet Explorer, it says IE can't open the page.
With Firefox just show an enpty page.

And now, what I do with this problem? It's not just me, and it's happening with forums that I just participate as member, and with other members.

Some can open, and some cannot.

because they are using a free webhost and that sucks ..

Yes, but me, and a lot of members, cannot enter.
And I'm the admin of one(www.universomaker.comze.com/forum) and member of the other(www.reinorpg.com/forum)

Please, any help is good, I just see a blank page Y-Y

EDIT : The www.reinorpg.com/forum is not a free host.

I can see both sites fine on Firefox 3.5 so the sites themselves seem ok.

Yes, the site's ok, but a lot, a LOT of members can't enter in it.
We can't just let it of this way.
Don't know a way to fix this connection problem on theier PCs?

Well the second site has 132 XHTML validation errors on the index page. The first site is currently in maintenance mode so that blocks access anyway.

Did you change anything at all just before this problem started?

u are using free host and their service is not good their service is good in only some countries maybe not in yours... 000webhost is not good ...first time i also hosted my site in it but i changed my host after only 2 days ..

Only I cannot enter on www.universomaker.comze.com/forum.
In www.reinorpg.com/forum, a lot of member can't enter.
So, it's not because of the country.

No, I just set it to Maintenace.
Those validation erros can be the problem? *Sorry, newbie in the area*

Now the www.universomaker.comze.com/forum is out of the maintenance.

What I mean is did you change anything on these sites just before this problem with logging in started? For instance, did you install a mod or alter any files in any way?

No, it's not just those sites, and they haven't anything in commom.
They didn't install a MOD on them, since a lot of time. lol
They were fine, and them stopped work for some people of somes states from my country, Brazil.

Shouldn't matter if it's just for testing log in. Make it a normal account and post it here. That way any of the team members can check it. I may not know the answer so a few extra brains on the job could be helpful. It is unlikely that anyone will spam the account even if the details are public temporarily.

The other, i'll ask the admin to create an account, cause I can't acess the sites, as you may know
