PHP Errors; PhpBB -> SMF

I had solved an earlier problem where the avatars would not convert over from the users by dropping out the SQL query and manually stating where they should go; but low and behold that wasn't the only problem.. This I cant fix. (BB2.php is the import code)

PhpBB 2.0.13 -- The errors will only move the avatars, but not process any users/posts/groups/titles/forums/categories.

Re-installed the forums.. Most of the script works except for moving Avatars and Attachments.

Interesting.  Perhaps something wasn't installed properly?

As for the attachments, that just means that the attachment directory doesn't exist or that the attachment in question is missing.

I did a manual hack to the script last time to force it to grab the files from a specified directory..
