im redoing my forum (erasing all members and everything) but know filezilla is not working it takes 3 minutes for a 321kb file  i have no mods in use and no themes atm but for somereason it won't work someone please help me i need to upgrade this asap

If you are erasing EVERYTHING then why not just upload 2.0 RC1-1?
Contact your ISP or server owner.  Filezilla uploads everything as fast as it can.
