I get this error when I try to check options on the settings for board permissions.

I also had a CRAP LOAD of errors when I did forum maintenance, but it gives me this error when I try to fix them.

roughkut,

This doesn't appear to be a converter issue.
You have a duplicate permission in the permissions table. Updating permissions for regular users should fix this.

The top error was fixed in the other thread. Sorry about the two threads, btw.

The error we're talking about now is the second quoted error when I try to fix the errors in forum maintenance.

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, but since it isn't a converter issue, you can ask for normal support. Which would be much faster than waiting for converter support.

If you haven't installed any mods then, that error appears to be due to the polls query failing.
Add to you Settings.php:

$db_show_debug = true;

Then try this again. It should now contain the full query it attempted to run. Which will help figure out what failed here.

As well,
Go into you database via phpmyadmin. Then to the smf database. And finally to the smf_log_polls table. Click on Sturucture. Does the ID_POLL column say mediumint(8) in its type?
