Need Help...Convert vBull to SMF!

I have a vBulletin Board version 3.8.3 that I need converted to the SMF version 2.0 RC1-1. I have never done this before and am a bit intimidated by what I find as the process. If anyone cares to help me or I'd gladly hire someone to do the process I'd be truly grateful. I need the board and I don't want to loose it. I have a good basic knowledge of community boards and how to work them...just never attempted a conversion!
