Other Package Parsers?

I was wondering if anyone knows of other package parsers?  I have a mod that I bought, but the author doesn't have a parsed version on their site for people to use to check edits.  It is something that is not found on the SMF site, so I can't use the Mod Site to parse the info.  I've tried going to this link here, but it appears that it is no longer working:

Does anyone know of another site that has a parser that you can use?
