Ok, it appears that while you were doing the upgrade, the connection to the DB timed out.

Try doing the Large Upgrade, upload all files, overwriting the old ones, and navigate to upgrade.php

If you made a backup of your db, then you can safely restart the upgrade from the last saved point.
