Private boards after conversion?

Hi folks,

I'm getting ready to convert my IPB v1.2 to SMF. I have done a few conversions already but this one has a private board on it. If I leave it in the IPB is there even a remote chance that it could show up in my SMF as viewable by anyone other than the original members? If there's even a remote chance I'll simply delete the private board.

Well, I suppose there could be a bug in the converter.  I'm not sure that it perfectly converts board permissions just now.

But, I'm fairly sure it should be fine.  If you're worried, put the forum into maintenance mode and do the conversion after that.  No one will be able to access anything until you take it back out.

The ship sailed a long time ago as far as that issue but I have yet to successfully convert the forum to SMF. There are a couple of more recent posts that tells my story.

I'm still trying to figure out how to run the query that Oldiesman suggested. I realize that since I am now a CM I could have support convert it for me but I want to know how to do it correctly myself and how to deal with all the errors that I get everytime I try the conversion. I' guess I'll figure it all out eventually.
