ipb to smf converter..

When i try to convert from ipb 2.0 to smf users number increases :S
in ipb forum i had 400 members in smf forums it says 520..
what is wrong..

come on noone knows?..
I ran the converter and this happens...
a had ipb 2.0.0 version
