Stage6 Videos doesn't work on firefox?
IE 6 everything works fine.

I have tested Stage6 on Firefox 1 and 2 and it works fine for me.

Did you install the divx plugin?
Were you prompted to install it?
Or did you already have it installed?

Sometimes it appears that you need to click once on the object to get it to be focused before you can click play to get it to play.

Days back you mentioned that you would be providing a fix so that people who have your Anonym.to installed will not get conflicts if applying this mod.

I havent seen any more mention of this. Can you indicate if that is still planned?

I saw that you mentioned we can put the urls to the video sites in the exclusion list and have this mod work along with anonym.to mod. Is that correct? If so can you provide a full list of supported video sites that are now used in this mod for us to copy and paste.

Reading through the entire thread I noticed some worked and others didnt and was hoping you had a full list of supported video sites in one list.

With IE6, IE7  it remains black but i can click the "play" button...but nothing happens (i also try to click the screen preview)
Also if I click "google video" I can see a link "go to google vidéo"..does'nt work either


2- Others : With Opera 9.5 beta i can see an image preview but i can't click
With Avantbrowser (i did'nt test this one) it does'nt work either

This problems appear with google videos, the others seems to work

The fix related to the Anonym.to mod will be part of the Anonym.to mod. (Its a bug in that mod, not this one).
I am working through my mods bug fixing. With all my mods though its taking weeks to go through them all.

Do you have any blockers/firewalls in place such as PeerGuardian etc.
Googlevideo definately works.  I suspect its either an issue with your browser or your server.

For your server, Since all the clips are hosted externally, there will be negligible minimal increase in your bandwidth transfer (to the extent of the addition of the object html code only.

hmm, its works for me in every browser i test and on every computer I've tested it on.

When you say gametrailer doesnt work, do you mean that the link does not get converted to a flash object, or that the flash object doesnt work.

if its not converted, what link are you trying to add, maybe that format of link is not supported. Please post the link.

If the flash object doesnt work.
what browser are you using?
(there is a known issue with gametrailer and firefox). it does work in IE/Opera for certain.

I've juste tested the vidéo in your site...(I didn't see the link this morning :p)

Il doesn't work either with IE6 and IE7
Few users have juste tested it with...Some are at home..Others at work (direct link or proxy)
So I don't think it's a question of installation of SMF and/or the mod
I can see two explanations :
1- are the browsers and the OS of your friends up to date with Microsoft's patches ?
2- Could It be a problem with IE or the OS french version and the mod ??
