now i want to install AEVA-5.0.21

but when i try to uninstall 4.0.2 it show an error

its safe for the modsettings.php failed, just load the new pack and itll replace the object that failed

You will need to manually remove the edits that 4.0.2 made to your ./Sources/ModSettings.php before installing 5.0.21.  If you don't more than likely the new version will fail or install some duplication.

Mod works superb. Thank you! One thing I noticed is that avi files were being embeded even when it was disabled in the admin.

@Regarding AEVAC/AEVA 5.0.21: these two packages are absolutely the same. I uploaded the same file with two different filenames, so that I could find out whether people were download AEVAC over AEVA because of the name change. It turns out that it wasn't that (AEVAC 4 is still more download than AEVAC 5). So I think it is simply because the AEVAC 4 download count is so high, that casual users think it is "the" version to download. Another incentive for me to remove the file soon.

@Regarding AEVAC 4 uninstallation: just go with it, just make sure to write down the names of the files where uninstall failed. Then, launch your FTP client, download these files, and edit them manually. You can easily find the sections where Aeva is installed by searching for the word "aeva" in the file. (It will work for both Aevac and Aeva, obviously!) You should find some comments like "// Aeva mod - start" and "// Aeva mod - end" -- just delete them and anything between them... You're done. Reupload. Go back to the Package manager and install the new version.

I don't understand your trouble with the embed code I gave. I copied and pasted two different examples directly with no changes. But, NO embed code copy and pasted in a post gets replaced with a link so presumably you could pick any embed code you want to test. Still, here is another example that doesn't get replaced with the link (this is me by the way):

My deepest apologies! I owe you (and everyone who tried to post a new topic as guest) a short explanation.
My website has a privacy system that allows you to set your topics to be readable only by your friends. This system sort of implies that the poster's ID is not zero. Which is the case with guests. I didn't even envision this, simply because up to now, I never made it possible for blog/forum creators to enable users to post new topics without being registered.
The only problem is that I was thinking of finding a quick fix for this, but haven't been able to... I hope I can find one today.
Be assured though (although meager a compensation), that all of your posts are still in the database. It's just that they won't show up.

That shows when you post a YouTube that is not allowed to be embedded by the author's request. Have you tried posting a different YouTube?
