Restricting access to one user with one access..

Hi there

I would like to know if there is a way that a can restrict a member to be able to log in from only one computer or one place at a time.

For instance if the user is logged in on one computer that he would not be able to log in on another computer until he has logged out on the other computer.

He should only be able to have one active session at a time.

Is it possible to do this and how would I go about doing it ?
