time limit on modify post

Is there a place to set/change the time limit that a user has to modify their post? I can't seem to find one. I see in the permissions where they can modify their post, but I need to change the time limit so they have more time to modify their post.

maybe I'm being stupid, but which is this option exactly?

Mine is set:
Maximum allowed post size: 0
Break up words with more letters than (?): 0
Posts to show on topic summary (?):  15    posts
Time required between posts from the same IP (?):    1 seconds
Courtesy edit wait time (?): 90 seconds
Maximum time after posting to allow edit (?): 0
