Error con AjaxChat

Un saludo a todos.
Instalé AjaxChat sin ningún problema en Smf 2.0 RC1.2.

Al darle al botón de chat  me sale el siguiente mensaje:

The requested URL /chat/index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

¿Significa esto que el server no admite el Chat?

¿Existe alguna forma de solucionarlo?
