Is there a place to report suggestions for 1.x?

When I get an e-mail notification of a new topic, it would be nice if the e-mail gave the name of the user that posted it as it does when they post a reply.

Sorry... didn't know where to post this, or if improvements to 1.x are even being considered.

There is a Feature Requests board, however suggestions are not being considered for 1.1 as it is now frozen for 2.0 development.

That said, I don't believe 2.0 does either, mainly because I've never used notify.

I saw that forum but didn't think 1.x was appropriate there, as you say. So I just posted here to see if there was another place.
