Password Retrieval?

Any way we could get a way to retrieve our passwords if lost?  As a board admin, this would be helpful as I would not have to change them each time.  This way I can just tell them what their password is.  Easy.  Thanks.

If you change it, you can tell them what it is.  I don't see how it's harder.

In any case, the password is hashed in the database in such a way that it is impossible to get the password back.  This is done on purpose of security.
