Are you referring to [THIS] image?
If so, they are the result of either [THIS] member version or [THIS] member version.
I'm unsure if they work for recent SMF versions, but you can try them and see if you like.

Updated for all versions of SMF 2.x.

i put in a number in "cheat" but nothing happens

I just installed it on a fresh 2.0.15 forum and it works as it should. There is a delay because of the cache associated with those settings, so wait 5 minutes before checking.
