yabb_to_smf.php blank page?

Hi, I got the SMF forum up and running, and then I placed the yabb_to_smf.php into the directory to try to convert from my YaBB, but I just get a blank page when I go to the yabb_to_smf.php with my browser?

I found the problem, somehow, the file didn't get transfered correctly, it was 0 byte on the server.  Going through a test run of the conversion now, hope it works out
