Connection Problems!??

I just had the exact same problem that BoZilla had. I downloaded the 2.0 RC2 zip package just a few days  ago.

The 2.0 RC2 version installed perfectly. I ran the repair_settings.php file yesterday and it worked fine.

I tried to run the repair_settings.php today and got the error on line 62 message, also.

The Settings.php has the same code snippet the BoZillas had.

I removed the code snippet and the repair_settings.php file worked fine.

The date on the Settings.php file in the zip package that I downloaded is 7/25/2009. Is there a newer Settings.php file? Or has there been a solution found for the problem?
