Submitting Information Redirects To Search

Hello everyone,

This is a weird problem that's happening, and it is really quite weird. 50% of the time when anyone on my website submits any information, such as a PM, a post, or a shout (HacksPark Shoutbox), then it usually DOESN'T submit it, although occasionally it does, but also redirects to "index.php?action=search2", any ideas?

EDIT: The same for the Admin Panel, I can't even get in there...
