text-editor & rating topic

hello
smf is one of the best forum software . and i thanks for smf team's mind and  work for tender this free forum software.
  but i think if some ability add on this forum it is become full professional  forum software:
1-text-editor:
new forum and portal software use pop-up for url, email, img &...tag and user must only type url in popup and do not need edit this tag in textbox.
in use text-editor of smf some user do not know how use it.
for exam vBulletin and phpnuke use pop up for some tag editor.
2-rating :
smf not have any possibilities for topic rating. rating topic is one of important ability of one forum for mark best topic.
please think about these problems and solve these.
