I Have A host Monster Account and I got a Basic Forum up from there

My problem is the Forum is fairly new only about 7 people on it, but I want to change themes,  the only themes that are available are the simple blue ones.  However you can down load some themes that I have done, but I am not sure how to exchange it without loosing my people.  Help

Changing themes wouldn't result in loss of members, it just changes the forum's appearance. You should see the Online manual for broad explanation regarding themes.
