post based board lock

I want to develop a system where i want to lock one board and only user with specific number of posts (say 15 posts) can only see that board. Is it possible with smf ?

You need to create a member group in your Membergroups area.  Then you can set which boards that group can see or not see.  Edit the other member groups to which ever boards you want to be visible for them.
