Why is Google "Sending Email to Another Member?"

Actually-- it's a guest (With an IP that goes to Google). It seems to always be there, and the status is always "Sending Email to Another Member."

Just curious.

If the link is publicly accessible then Google will follow it although it won't actually fill out the form
