IE7 Forum Footer Display Issues

This is my first time posting up a bug report..

Not really sure whether it's called a bug or whatnot..

Is it meant to look like that or was that never part of the design?

I am speaking about the extension of the image as circled by my red circles =)

Indeed its a bug on this site. We're trying to get to the bottom of it.
Thankfully this does not affect Curve in RC2.
