Email Problems

Hello. I've set everybody's accounts (10 members) to be notified with new topics in one of my board. The problem is that the email goes to the junk folder of their, for example Hotmail accounts. How can I solve this issue? Please any suggestions and help would be appreciated!

Somehow I don't think anything can be done at your end.

You can try editing the notification template. By customising it you might be able to avoid tripping the spam filters. To find out where to edit see the "SMF Strings" link in my signature.

Alternative I think the users can add the forum e-mail to their address book which should whitelist it from being sent to the spam folder
