Please help! On-site optimization needed for my forum

Hello All,

My site has a duplicate content issue and search engines don't like it. All my web pages have the same tittle and Meta tags. This is what I currently have in every page:

<meta name="description" content="Business Forum: Career Forum: Education Forum: Entertainment Forum: Global News Forum: Technology Forum: Travel and Tourism Forum: General Issues Forum" />
<meta name="keywords" content="business forum, career forum, education forum, entertainment forum, global news forum, technology forum, travel forum, tourism forum, general issues forum" />

I want to make unique title tags, Meta keywords and Meta description for every page. Please how can I achieve it. check my forum at http://www.infostridesforum.com
