Improvements to SMF Theme curve

the SMF theme curve could get some improvements:

e.g.
- in the Info Center each category should be able to get collapsed or expanded (calendar/Stats).
- regarding stats. by default all the yearly stats should be collapsed, so the user have a better overview and can select by himself, which year should be expanded

The first one is not going to happen as a default feature for 2.0, but the second one is perfectly possible and I can see some merit to it if your forum has been running for many years. I don't know if it will ever be set that way by default, but editing the file to make it that way is easy enough if you want to do it.
