How to change the color of the title bar?

I want to change the color of the title bar of SMF 1.1.10, as the image shows in the yellow box.

How to do it? Do I need to change the style.css file in the default folder?

I can't remember which one it is in the default theme if I understand what you're asking, but there is an image file you need to change. If you're using firefox right click on the bar and go to "view background image". It will tell you which one it is.

I find it. Thank you. I thought it was just a CSS color.

This background image is not useful. It just wastes the data transfter and bandwidth.
